Lindsey Watkins is a massage and bodywork therapist, licensed by the state of North Carolina. In 2010, Watkins graduated at the top of her class as a member of the National Technical Honor Society with a degree in Massage and Bodywork Therapy from the ECPI University in Raleigh, N.C. After licensure in 2010, she interned at Duke Integrative Medicine and began practicing massage therapy in Raleigh. Lindsey is a Medical Massage Practitioner, with an additional 20 hours of advanced medical massage training. Additionally, she is certified in Medi-Cupping, Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Restorative Hot Stone Massage and KinesoTaping. Lindsey’s craft is unique to each individual with her systemic approach to the body. Sessions typically include one or more of the skills that she’s certified in; in order to obtain the client’s goal for that particular session.
